"During the workshop we visited Strasbourg and the Rhine harbour. On the streets of Strasbourg there are a lot of lively scenes. But in the Rhine harbour there is a monotonous and industrialized sight. Both are Europe. At the Counsil of Europe there is not just the warn and lively sight but also the cold and serious one."
